What to Expect
Get ready for a head-to-head battle of blending styles at our Wine Blending Class: War of the Worlds. Representing the Old World is Michael Schmit, while Collin Yates brings the boldness of the New World. Guests will sample a variety of Bordeaux varietals and then try their hand at creating a custom blend that could take home the top prize.
Each participant will blend, bottle, cork, and label their own unique wine to take home. The competition kicks off at 7:00 PM, but come early at 6:00 PM to enjoy Happy Hour and get inspired. This interactive evening is perfect for wine lovers, budding winemakers, and anyone who enjoys a little friendly competition paired with great food.
