Cigar Society Cigars Are Here | August

W​elcome cigar society members! The cigars of the month for the Vineyard’s Cigar Society are here! Every month these cigars are handpicked by Luke Davis, our certified tobacconist, in order to get those in our club the best quality, and rarest cigars they can get their hands on. This month we are featuring two limited editions:

Diesel Whiskey Row: A Flavorful Journey with the Founder’s Collection!

F​irst up the Diesel Whiskey Row Founder’s Collection. This cigar features a Nicaraguan filler and binder all wrapped up in Connecticut broadleaf. This wrapper was aged in Rabbit Hole’s Boxgrail Rye Whiskey charred American oak barrels giving this cigar notes of vanilla, caramel, and black pepper. This blend, made by A.J. Fernandez, pairs excellently with the aforementioned whiskey, Rabbit Hole’s Boxgrail Rye Whiskey. If you haven’t had this whiskey before, stop by the Vineyard market, and sip and savor with your Founder’s collection today.

The CAO Arcana Mortal Coil: A Blend Full of Surprises!

T​hen we have the CAO Arcana Mortal Coil. This cigar’s filler is a blend of three regions: Honduran, Nicaraguan, and Dominican, American Connecticut Shade binder, and a wrapper of American Broadleaf. This cigar was made by employing a technique called Andullo, using coils to tightly wrap the tobacco as it ferments. These tobaccos mixed with the Andullo technique gives this cigar notes of molasses, dark chocolate, and raisin which pairs excellently with the Port or Cognac of your choice.
