I am so happy to announce, friends, that we’ve launched a Lounge menu! Exclusive to our cigar lounge we’ve added four new items. All of which were designed to satisfy those rumblings you get while relaxing and enjoying our privately climatized lounge.

Pretzel Bites

A total comfort food! This dish is made for those who love freshly made soft pretzels! Deliciously golden pretzels that are the perfect two-bite size. Served with our house-made beer cheese sauce for dipping. If you’re feeling hungry I am too! Pair with Ozark Beer Co. Lager, an Oktoberfest, or if you’re feeling adventurous try it with a Cognac!

Bang Bang Shrimp

This one is my personal favorite! Lightly battered and fried big boy shrimp Japanese style. Served on a bed of fresh greens, and topped with tasty bang bang sauce and green onion. Now for those of you who don’t know what bang bang sauce is, I am so glad you’re learning of it now! It is a sweet Thai chili aioli mixed with sriracha and a touch of rice vinegar. It is so good, and I can’t wait for you to try it! Pair with your favorite Sauvignon Blanc or our new signature cocktail: Gammy’s Lemon Drop Martini

Bang Bang Shrimp

Cheddar Ranch Cheese Ball

A true cheesy delight that you don’t want to miss out on! This house-made cheese ball is packed with creamy cheddar cheese, ranch seasonings, and spices. Served with our Lavash flatbread crackers. This is perfect for when you want a snackie snack, our little twist on the classic cheese and crackers. Pair with Piney River Black Walnut Wheat, your favorite glass of Bourbon, or my choice, The Pops.

Open Faced Trio

This three-in-one dish is an excellent choice! That’s right you’ve got three different toasties on one plate. First up, a classic, The Margherita! Fresh tomato and basil topped with feta cheese. Second, The Grinder! Sliced genoa salami, onion, and pepperoncini topped with our house grinder sauce. Then last but not least, The Fig and Brie! A delicious combination of super thin sliced prosciutto, fig jam, and brie cheese. Pair with Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinot noir, or Malbec.
