We will be featuring a selection of fine whiskeys from StilL 630 Distillery, known for their innovative and unique approach to whiskey-making. From their Rally Point Rye, with its bold and spicy flavors, to their MO Bourbon, with its rich and complex notes of sweet creamed corn and chocolate-covered cherry, to their S.S. Sorghum Whiskey, aged for over seven years and featuring the sweet and rum-like notes of locally sourced sorghum, each whiskey has its own distinct character and flavor profile.
