Humans have this beautiful concept and tradition of “Table.” Where we share food, of course, but also stories and jokes, happy days and sad ones. This is one of our missions: to make you feel comfortable like you’re at home with friends. 

Which is why we are so dedicated to good, no not good, amazing food. It’s something we craft with passion, patience, and precision. Our chef has handpicked these favorites, each one telling a story of technique, flavor, and the love that goes into every bite. From slow-smoked meats to indulgent seafood and desserts, these dishes define what it means to Sip, Smoke, and Savor.

Short Rib Mac & Cheese 

“The flavor is out of this world, but the intimacy that goes into it throughout the process.”

This isn’t your average mac and cheese. Our Short Rib Mac & Cheese is a labor of love, beginning with perfectly seasoned short ribs, smoked low and slow to develop that deep, rich crust. “Keeping it in the sweet spot for 10 hours and then the excitement of pulling them off the smoker and being the first one to see and smell the final product”—it’s moments like these that make this dish special. The tender, smoky beef layered over creamy mac and cheese creates a dish that’s pure indulgence.

Wine Pairing: A bold Zinfandel or a rich Syrah will bring out the smoky depth of the short rib.

Pork Tenderloin 

“I was born to cook pork.”

Smoked at 180°F (the same temperature as Joe Rogan’s sauna) for 45 minutes, our Pork Tenderloin is then sliced into juicy filets and paired with sweet and tangy mustard glaze, creamy Boursin sweet potatoes, and crisp green beans. “The sweet and tangy aspect of the mustard glaze working with the Boursin sweet potatoes and tying in the green beans is simply inspiring to taste.” It’s a dish that delivers balance, richness, and a touch of Southern perfection.

Wine Pairing: A light Pinot Noir or a structured Chardonnay works wonders with the mustard glaze and smoky tenderness.

 

Loaded Mussels

“I love mussels—shellfish in general, I can put down like an otter.”

Seafood lovers, this one’s for you. “The way the saltiness of the bacon blends with the mussel and sauce is just a powerhouse of flavor hitting your mouth.” Our Loaded Mussels are simmered in a flavorful broth, with crispy bacon adding just the right amount of smoky depth. The best part? “Toasted bread to sop up all the juices is the absolute must-have.”

Wine Pairing: A crisp Sauvignon Blanc or a dry Rosé enhances the freshness of the mussels.

 

Smoked Salmon Dip 

“Great as an app, great as an entrée, great as a dessert!”

Fresh, smoky, and utterly addicting, our Smoked Salmon Dip is topped with habanero bacon jam for a perfect balance of heat and sweetness. “The dip itself is fresh, smoky, and amazing, but then we put habanero bacon jam on top, and you just can’t get enough of it.” Whether you start your meal with it or sneak in one last bite for dessert, this dish is an instant favorite.

Wine Pairing: A creamy Chardonnay or a light-bodied Pinot Gris brings out the dip’s smoky, salty complexity.

 

Butternut Squash Crème Brûlée 

“Not overtly sweet and just the right portion size to top off the meal without needing a nap.”

Warm yet chilled, rich yet light—our Butternut Squash Crème Brûlée is a dessert full of contrasts in the best way. The smooth custard, infused with the cozy flavors of butternut squash, is topped with a caramelized sugar crust and a drizzle of dulce de leche that’s just to die for right out of the can.

Wine Pairing: A late-harvest Riesling or Sauternes will beautifully highlight the brûlée’s caramelized top and creamy texture.
