It’s Beginning To Look A Lot Like Christmas!

Happy December, Friends! The Vineyard is celebrating this wonderful time of year, so we’ve got new cocktails to roll in the holidays. The line up features spins on our favorites and we hope you enjoy them as much as we do!

Ornamentini

This fun little cocktail comes in an ornament! Made with Starlight Distillery’s blackberry whiskey, raspberry liqueur, vanille de madagascar, and lemon juice it makes the perfect holiday red color to fill the ornament! Served to you in a gimlet glass with rosemary and cranberries for you to pour this berry deliciousness over.

Jack Frost

Now I don’t know about you, but when winter comes to town my family and I have a tradition of getting Andy’s frozen Custard and going and seeing the houses that do the Christmas light displays. The Jack Frost totally reminds me of Andy’s peppermint concrete! Peppermint schnapps and Irish cream shaken with vanille de madagascar, before being topped with whipped cream, and holiday red sprinkles!

Apple Pie Old Fashioned

When I was little the elder’s of my family at Holiday parties would make Apple Cider. We had these super cool copper carafe thingies that worked like a chafing dish, and it was the best apple cider. I don’t know what they did to it, but that’s one of my favorite holiday memories: drinking that cider with all my family, watching National Lampoon’s Christmas Vacation. This cocktail gives me the same vibes. Apple and cinnamon syrup give it that touch of sweetness mixed with our house bourbon and black walnut bitters to make the perfect combination.

Tiramisu Martini

A Vineyard spin on the classic Espresso Martini! If an espresso martini is your jam, the tiramisu martini is its sweet sister. Espresso liqueur, Gran Marnier orange liqueur, vanille de Madagascar shaken with cream to bring all the flavors of the italian dessert together in a cocktail! 

Blood Orange Cranberry Margarita

This one is for all my Tequila lovers out there! I am a tequila girl at heart. Shots… Palomas… Daiquiris, my personal favorite Anejo old fashioned, and of course Margaritas. I am there for all of them! The Blood Orange Cranberry Margarita is a dream come true for a tequila drinker. El Trago tequila, blue agave syrup, lime juice, Gran Marnier orange liqueur, Blood Orange juice (that’s right… that’s a thing!) all shaken up then topped off with cranberry juice. 

Boozy Hot Chocolate

Every year for Christmas morning my mom made hot chocolate for us kids. Without fail… every year, and this year this is the hot chocolate I am hoping will be in my mug. Classic hot chocolate but with Chocovine, Peppermint schnapps, and hazelnut liqueur. Then… yes then, it is topped with whipped cream and cocoa. If this is the only present I get, I’ll be happy.
