Fall Cocktails Have Arrived
There’s something about fall that makes you want to linger a little longer.
The evenings arrive earlier. The air gets crisp. The trees start showing off. And suddenly, meeting someone for a drink sounds like exactly the right way to spend an evening.
Maybe it’s a date. Maybe it’s catching up with an old friend. Maybe it’s just you, a good book, and an hour you decided to keep for yourself.
Whatever brings you in, fall cocktails have officially arrived at The Vineyard Market.
Our new seasonal menu is filled with the flavors we love about this time of year: fig, pear, apple, ginger, pomegranate, blackberry, espresso, warm spice, and just a little smoke.
And honestly? They feel made for October.
Getting Figgy With It
Rich, warm, and unmistakably fall, Getting Figgy With It starts with brown butter washed bourbon and rye, layered with fig liqueur and fig syrup. Bitters bring everything into focus, while a dehydrated fig adds the perfect little autumn detail.
It’s the cocktail equivalent of a favorite sweater. Familiar, warm, and maybe a little more interesting than you remembered.
Smoke on the Orchard
Imagine an orchard in October, but with a little smoke drifting through the trees.
Reposado tequila and pear bring bright orchard flavors, balanced with lime and agave, while a mezcal spritz adds a subtle smoky finish. The dehydrated pear, salt rim, and brûléed pear garnish make this one as beautiful as it is unexpected.
A little crisp. A little smoky. Very fall.
Autumn in New York
Some cocktails feel like they belong in a dimly lit bar with a leather booth and nowhere else you need to be.
Autumn in New York is one of them.
Rye and apple brandy create a warm, spirit-forward foundation, softened with sweet vermouth and Benedictine and finished with bitters. An apple fan and cherry give it that classic cocktail-hour finish.
It’s polished, nostalgic, and made for lingering conversation.
Harvest Riot
Fall has its quiet moments. This isn’t necessarily one of them.
Harvest Riot brings together aged rum, ginger, pimento dram, and lime before getting topped with ginger beer. It’s bright, spicy, fizzy, and just a little bit mischievous.
Think crisp evening air with a little extra personality.
Scarlet Hour Spritz
There’s a particular moment in October when the afternoon light starts fading and everything outside seems to turn a little deeper.
That’s the Scarlet Hour.
Gin, pomegranate, pink peppercorn, and Italicus come together in a gorgeous, refreshing spritz with notes of fruit, citrus, and subtle spice. Finished with rosemary and pink peppercorn, it’s the kind of drink that makes you want to sit outside just a little longer.
Midnight Mascarpone
For those nights when a cocktail and dessert sound like one very good idea.
Midnight Mascarpone combines vanilla-infused vodka, espresso, coffee liqueur, crème de cacao, and amaro for a rich, silky coffee cocktail. It’s finished with tiramisu cream, a cocoa-dusted lady finger, and a single espresso bean.
Basically, someone looked at dessert and said, “What if we put it in a cocktail?”
We’re not arguing.
Velvet & Vine Sangria
A little fruit, a little tea, a little wine, and a whole lot of fall.
Velvet & Vine brings together blackberry and Earl Grey with cognac, citrus, and bitters before meeting up with Chianti and a splash of soda. Thyme, blackberry, and dehydrated orange make the finishing touches feel straight out of an October afternoon.
It’s bright enough to keep things easy and cozy enough to feel right at home on a cool evening.
A Little Fall Romance
Maybe fall is really just an excuse to slow down.
To find a table. Order something you’ve never tried. Stay for another round. Talk until you realize you’ve been there longer than you planned.
So come see us at The Vineyard.
The cocktails are new. The evenings are getting cooler. And there’s always room for one more good conversation.
Come see what’s waiting at the bar this fall.
