New Cigars to Roll in the New Year

Welcome cigar friends! Cigar Society picks are in and are brand new to the Vineyard! That means you get them first, and we are so excited for you to get them! Luke, our very own Certified Tobacconist, hand-picks these cigars each month for you to enjoy.

So without further ado… 

Camacho Triple Maduro

We’ve all heard the story that it took 1,000 tries for Thomas Edison to make the incandescent light bulb, with the famous quote “I didn’t fail 1,000 times. I learned 1,000 ways to not make a light bulb, but I only needed 1 to make it work.” Well, Camacho has taken this philosophy and applied it to this cigar, the Triple Maduro. After 84 tries they’ve made the world’s only all-maduro cigar! The wrapper is made with Mexican San Andreas, the binder with Mexican Corojo, and the filler is a blend of Honduran, Dominican, and Brazillian tobaccos. Isn’t that wild?! This gives the cigar a deep dark flavor; making it a full-bodied cigar that gives you notes reminiscent of cedar, roasted nuts, black pepper, and a musky sweetness to round it out.

Avo Classic #2

The Avo Classic #2 is a collaboration between musician and AVO co-owner, Avo Uvesian, and the master blender for Davidoff cigars, Henrik Kelner. This cigar is composed of an Ecuadorian Connecticut wrapper, Dominican binder, and aged Dominican filler. This mild to medium-bodied cigar is light and creamy with notes of raisin, cocoa, walnut, and cedar, and no pepper. Pairs perfectly with your favorite espresso drink, and is the perfect smoke for those who don’t like spicy cigars.
