5-Course Dinner with Luxe Pairings
Indulge in a curated five-course menu, where every dish is elevated with your choice of fine wines or select whiskeys. Here’s what awaits your palate:
- Course 1: Champagne Apéritif/Mayor’s Quorum
- Course 2: Champagne & Grapefruit Macarons with whipped goat cheese and basil, paired with Villa Sparina Gavi di Gavi or Maker’s Mark 46.
- Course 3: Black-Eyed Peas with a bacon-wrapped scallop, arugula and watercress salad, topped with Cajun oil. Served with either Alexander Valley Vineyards Homestead Red Blend or Sazerac Rye Whiskey.
- Course 4: Seared Filet Mignon Oscar-style with smoked crab, blackened asparagus, whipped potatoes, and béarnaise sauce, complemented by either Round Pond Kith & Kin Napa Cabernet Sauvignon or Weller Special Reserve Bourbon.
- Course 5: Red Wine Chocolate Cake topped with a red wine reduction, whipped cream, and fresh berries. Paired with either Caymus Suisun Syrah or Starlight Blackberry Bourbon.
