Vineyard Storybook January 2025: A Month of Community and Connection
January was a fantastic start to the year! We hosted a variety of events that brought our community together for fun, laughter, and, of course, great wine. One of our missions is to create an atmosphere of relaxation, peace, and joy. Thanks to our amazing staff, and revolving events, we’ve been able to fulfill that mission. Bottles & Board Game Night
Our board game night was an absolute hit! We partnered with Village Meeple Board Game Cafe, who brought their expertise and 30 games for us to choose from. Now this night had something for everyone, beginner or well-trained gamer, new-comer or veteren. The team from Village Meeple helped us learn easy-to-play games like Flip 7, CDSK, and Trio!—games that were simple to understand but super fun to play. Guests even had the option to purchase games they loved to take home, adding an extra layer of excitement.
With the fun in full swing, we also had our happy hour deals on wine, making the night even more enjoyable. It was the perfect way to unwind, laugh, and bond over some friendly competition!
Piece & Pour Puzzle Night
Next up, our puzzle night brought in 50 enthusiastic participants, filling the building with energy and excitement. We had a 1,000-piece puzzle on deck, and while it was a bit daunting at first, several groups got really close to finishing—showing some impressive teamwork and dedication. The night was full of friendly competition, with laughter, chatter, and a bit of good-natured rowdiness filling the air. As always, we offered happy hour wine deals, ensuring everyone stayed fueled with their favorite drinks while working on the puzzles.
Read Between the Wine Book Club
Book Club was another packed event, so much so that we had to spill over into the main dining room to accommodate everyone! This month, we dove into the pages of The Midnight Library—a beautifully thought-provoking book. The lively discussion that followed had everyone sharing their insights and opinions, with some passionate debates and reflections on the themes of the book.
After the discussion, we played a fun game of “Guess That Library,” where participants matched quotes to the books they came from. It was a competitive and lively game that had everyone on their toes. The night was filled with great conversation, laughter, and a cheerful atmosphere, making it another highlight of the month.
Cigar & Spirit Tasting
For those who enjoy the finer things in life, our Monthly Cigar & Spirit Tasting event was a huge success! This event paired premium cigars with hand-selected spirits, offering guests a night of relaxation and indulgence. Our expert guides walked guests through the tasting process, explaining the nuances of each pairing while providing a relaxed, laid-back atmosphere.
The evening was a perfect blend of good company, fine cigars, and exceptional spirits, with plenty of wine flowing as well. It was an elegant, memorable event that allowed guests to savor every moment—and we can’t wait for next month’s tasting!

During the week of March 4th, we’ll be offering Mardi Gras Specials featuring New Orleans-inspired dishes, cocktails, and more. Get into the festive spirit with delicious food and drink specials to help you celebrate Fat Tuesday the right way. We’ll be serving up good vibes, music, and all the Mardi Gras fun you can handle!

We’ll have our happy hour deals on wine to keep the good times rolling as you enjoy friendly competition with your favorite games!
Horse Soldier Bourbon Tasting with Founder Mark Nutsch – March 12th
This is an event you won’t want to miss! Join us on Wednesday, March 12th for a Horse Soldier Bourbon Tasting with owner and founder, retired U.S. Army Green Beret Mark Nutsch. In the wake of 9/11, Mark and his team executed a daring horseback insertion into northern Afghanistan—an act of courage that earned them the nickname “Horse Soldiers” and inspired the creation of Horse Soldier Bourbon Whiskey.
For $100 per ticket, guests will enjoy:
- A Whiskey Flight featuring Horse Soldier Bourbon.
- A Cigar of Your Choice to enjoy during the tasting.

Our Book Club returns on March 18th with a thrilling read: The Housemaid by Freida McFadden. This gripping psychological thriller will keep you on the edge of your seat as we discuss the twists and turns of the story. After the discussion, we’ll dive into our usual fun games and lively conversations. Don’t miss out on a night of great books, great company, and, of course, great wine!
Cellar Society Wine Club Dinner – March 24th
This evening will feature a carefully curated menu, paired perfectly with some of our finest wines. Our chef will craft a multi-course meal that highlights the flavors of the wines, while our expert wine lovers will guide you through each wine pairing. It’s a fantastic opportunity to meet fellow winos, enjoy incredible food and drink, and learn more about the wines in our Cellar Society selection. By popular demand, our Puzzle Night returns in March! This time, we’ll have 500-piece puzzles on the table, along with our usual lively atmosphere and plenty of wine to keep things interesting. Ladies Cigar Night: Rum & Riches – March 26th
Ladies, this one’s for you! Our Ladies Cigar Night on March 19th will feature La Aurora Preferidos Sapphire and Silver cigars, offering an elegant and enjoyable cigar experience. It’s a wonderful opportunity to relax, connect, and indulge in some fine cigars with other like-minded women. We’ll have cocktails for you to try and a laid-back, welcoming atmosphere.
